 Professional Services

All practitioners are licensed and insured estheticians in the State of Florida. All services are performed in accordance with Florida State laws and regulations.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate health information, including any conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect treatment.

3. Consultation and Treatment

A consultation is provided before services to ensure suitability. Services are for skincare and cosmetic purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

4. No Guarantees & Zero Liability

While we strive for excellent results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Clients assume all risks associated with treatments, and Aesthetics Elements is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction.

5. Payment Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Full payment is due at the time of service.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to the appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to rescheduled appointments.

7. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
